I got accepted to a US dental school, however, I have a gf in Canada. Question, how do I bring her down with me? How does she get a job in the US?

If she wants to work in the US, she would need to get a work visa

Just sneak her across the borders. j/k best bet is work visa or if she's willing to continue education then a student visa is another option. There might be a chance to bring her with you if you make your relationship more official on paper. best advise is to call and check with US immigration.
