Any Canadians have luck getting a line of credit for Podiatric Medicine for schooling in USA?

If so, what was the process? (amount, secured or unsecured, which bank and any other advice)

I know Canadians that have been accepted to podiatric medical school. I don't know the process, other than its doable.
