Capsules that should not be opened

I have the chart for tablets that should not be crushed, but does anyone have a good source for capsules that should not be opened? Obviously you wouldn't want to open antineoplastic capsules, but I'm sure there are some that seem ok to open, but actually aren't, like Tikosyn. If you have a good source, let me know. Thanks.
