Along with those stats, how do my ECs look
5 months of research before studying abroad
6 months before graduating
50+ hours of physician shadowing (currently still shadowing and will do so till August)
24 hours of hospital volunteering for EMT course and work experience as EMT for 5 weeks
3 years of clinical volunteering for an organization aiming to integrate the intellectually disabled for
Starting next week, 8 hours/week hospice volunteering (that is nonclinical right?)
I also worked 15 hours/week during last year of college
Held position as college's orientation leader
Tutored for an outreach program geared toward the economically disadvantage high school students
Other ECs: Art club, salsa club, flamenco dancer (4 months while abroad), fashion magazine, and fashion shows
I feel pretty shaky on my ECs and that combined with 31 on MCAT makes me quite worried.
I am just looking to get into a program in U.S. MD preferred but will apply to DO schools
