DO Chances for DO? Horrible MCAT

Major: Physics
Minor: Bio or chem or math have not decided but whatever, theyre insignificant.

MCAT: PS 10, VR 7 BS 9 (Retaking Late July)

GPA: Cum/Sci/Non-Science - 3.50/3.50/3.50, what a coincidence

LORS: Have 5 letters and hopefully a committee letter later in the app cycle.

ECs: Average - some shadowing, some volunteering, sport biomechanics research, some clubs, hobbies. Currently started writing the rough draft for publication though for my research

My question is what are my chances for a DO school? I DONT have a letter from a DO sadly, but hope I can get one because I will probably be shadowing one this summer. Will this hurt my chances? Or does it only help my chances? I'm retaking my MCATs late July but was wondering if I can just go ahead and submit my app with a 26 MCAT considering its not tremendously low for DO schools. Thank you very much
