Just graduated a 4 yr university.

Still have to take o chem / biochem series / mcat

Overall GPA: 3.57
Sci GPA: 3.43

2+ years undergrad research (patient experience with it)
4 presentations
senior thesis

200+ hours volunteer at hospital etc.

sGPA is below avg, but numbers look good for low tier MD schools, new MD programs, your in-state school (if any) and all DO programs, including mine.

Get A's in your Ochem and Biochem classes. That'll raise your science GPA some. Try getting some shadowing in as well - at least 50 hours worth. Add in some non-clinical volunteering if you can, too. If you can do well on the MCAT (>30) your chances are pretty good.
