I wouldn't count on it. Your list is top-heavy imo. Marian seems safe but I'd add a few more on before it gets too late in the cycle.

How long did it take for the II once you were complete ?

I applied earlyish to most of them, like July. NOVA took 2-3weeks, Rowan and NYIT took around 2 months, and Marian I think it took 6 weeks.
