i am not sure but i didn't want your thread to be hanging. i think the only way you can get out of your current ca-1 contract is if they let you out. thus i would start opening the lines of communication. call someone at the ca-1 program and tell them what is going on with your wife. if they let you out of contract now you could maybe go through the match again for advanced positions???? but now is better than later i would think. good luck. hopefully your wife is somewhat understanding that you signed a legally binding contract if it doesn't work out.
