If a recipe calls for adding enough liquid vehicle to 'wet' the powder, to make a 'fine paste,' how much liquid needs to be added?
If one adds excessive liquid than is necessary to 'wet' the powder, can that damage the final product? It seems like if it is all going into the suspension anyway, what is the harm in adding extra liquid to the powder initially.
If a tablet or capsule is not on 'do not crush' lists, is it generally safe to triturate it, for adding to a suspension?
