Contract compensation specialist to help maximize compensation package; recommendations?

Hi All,

I need some recommendations for a physician contract compensation specialist who to help maximize a physician compensation package on behalf of a friend. Ideally specialist would handle the negotiations themselves. recommendations?

Note, I am not looking for a lawyer to negotiate an employment contract, unless that lawyer is also expert at maximizing compensation packages.

This is for a friend. I swear I'm not becoming a real estate agent or changing jobs.

In the past I've used David Griffin and David Vaughn, they were great, but not sure if they are still working.

Contract Review
