Correlation between practice MCATs and the real deal

I'm going to take the 3R online today and am curious to hear how well the AAMC practice tests correlate with the real thing.

I know on another thread a few people said they do not correlate well but gave no specifics. Another said that their average on all the AAMC tests was equal to their real score.

Are the Princeton/Kaplan practices any better than the new AAMC ones?

If you look through the score threads most scored +/- 2 points from the AAMC tests 6-8.
