Why only a few sentences? Why not the whole thing?

There are really only a few sentences that I am pretty concerned about. I've had a few physicians read over the original and the response was positive. There is a lot of very personal information in my PS that would make me hesitant to pm it to a person that I don't know. Not to mention I don't want someone that doesn't know me to have to put forth a real effort.
