Cvs metric lunacy?

My pic just told me she was written up due to my customer score going from the upper 70's down to 42. We lost two excellent full time techs and one part time over the last 5 weeks 2 to mail order and the other to a competitor. We do around 5500rx weekly so it's been rough. What really floored me is we only had 2 customer surveys for the period anyone who studies statistics would consider 2 surveys only to be totally irrelevant. is this common practice now with the company.? We both have been working 10-15hrs extra just trying to stay afloat
