so while studying I came across a concept that DNA polymerase has exonuclease activity = can fix errors at the ends of DNA. later on, I came across another concept that DNA polymerase can NOT repair/replicate ends of DNA but they contain important genetic info so telomerases come to the rescue by using their RNA sequence to add nucleotides to the end.
so can someone please explain this contradiction?
