MD & DO Do I apply this cycle or not?

So this is my situation. cGPA: 3.73 sGPA: 3.5. from fairly competitive flagship state school. Will complete MPH from same school in May 2016. Excellent LORs. Lots of ECs including mentoring underprivileged kids, NCAA tutor, over 300 hours research in cancer and also published. over 320 hours interning at federally qualified health center. 120 hours of clinical internship in cardiology, 100+ hours physician shadowing.

I am registered for August 6th MCAT. Should I apply this cycle or wait? So stressed right now. any advice would be greatly appreciated.
