Do some medical schools take the last 20-40 hours of college to have more weight?

I did my B.S with a 3.19. I am now completing a DIY postbacc of 54 credits, all consisting of A's (bringing my cGPA to a 3.44 and sGPA to a 3.31). Will medical schools (especially DO) find the final 20-40 hours most important, or is that a thing of the past?

PNWU-COM only looks at something crazy like last 60 or 90 hours

I thought the final 60 credits (final 2 years) in general have the most weight (in terms of looking for upward trend)
