Doing just UWorld + reviewing wrong answers = enough to pass?

This is just for fellowship purposes (through which I understand you don't need to score highly at all).

I don't want to dedicate more time than I need in order to simply pass the exam because I won't be doing residency in the states

I'm not sure I understand the situation you're in, but to answer your question, UWorld alone is absolutely enough to simply pass Step 1 as long as you are understanding the explanations from UWorld.

Haven't taken Step 2 or 3 yet but I'd assume it's the same.

Oh right, I should have prefaced by saying I'm a Canadian medical student whose planning on doing residency in Canada.
