All I know is they've lost sites - parkland hospital in Dallas comes to mind

I currently work for them part time at one site. In general they don't pay very much. They are used to having cushy contracts in Austin where they don't have to pay to attract doctors. It's a CMG with a pyramid scheme of partners. The guys at the top are making bank off of the new grades and pit docs who don't have partnership. Everyone wants to move to Austin, so it's easy to pay the docs below market rate for Texas.

I'm lucky enough to work at a site in a less desirable area where they have to pay a lot more than they typically would in order to keep the docs.

Thanks for this insight. I was speaking to someone who used to work in one of the TX markets that I'm thinking about working (ESP has the contract) and their pay actually seems above what I was being quoted for the market. Interested in any other info privately or otherwise others may have. Thanks!
