Eukaryotes 1.5byo or 0.5 yro?

I'm confused as heck! Destroyer says eukaryotes came about 0.5byo, but online clearly says 1.5byo. Which is it? This is fair game in the exam.

I know all about:

Earth 4.5byo
First Prokaryotes 3.5byo
So first multicellular organisms 1.5? Or 0.5?

Those are the most important ones to know right? Dinosaurs also ...

Any insight or site that can confirm this. Going crazy.

Personally I would stick to the Destroyer for my answer but that is just me.
