Is anyone aware of any significant termination methods in eukaryotic transcription?

I know for prokaryotic transcription, there is intrinsic termination and rho-dependent termination.

Wikipedia says that eukaryotes can also have intrinsic termination but I'm fairly certain that is incorrect.

I did a little search because I don't think I ever learned about eukaryotic transcription termination asides from "it's not as well understood": http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bookshelf/br.fcgi?book=mcb&part=A2847#A2857

apparently it's different for all 3 RNAPs, but I don't see how it can't have intrinsic transcription termination either... the mRNA can still has G-C interactions
