Can you tell us more about the nitrous setup? I’d like to be able to offer it in-office and take fewer RFAs to the ASC. Is it a portable machine or does your office have built in medical gases? Does it scavenge waste gas so you aren’t breathing it in? How do you apply it for cervical procedures?

If the cost is reasonable I might offer it bundled into bigger procedures, and maybe $50-100 for smaller procedures that I don’t do in the ASC anyway.

I use Pro-Nox. Portable machine. Has scavenger, required for ASC not for office. No need to buy/use if office unless you are weird about thinking you'll get contact high. Cervical hold with one hand, the one that will get in the way of your views least. I price in that range and get tons of takers, paid for itself quick. I offer IV for 2x to discourage but a lot of people still insist on IV
