Fees associated with taking NYS compounding exam early?

Hi everyone,

I plan on taking the NYS Part III compounding exam January 2016 and am currently filling out the forms and getting everything notarized. Regarding the fees that are due at this point (when taking Part III early):

1. Do we have to pay the $339 licensure fee now? or is this paid when we are truly applying for licensure after graduation?

2. If we do have to pay the licensure fee for part III, do we have to pay this again after graduation when applying for NAPLEX/MPJE?

You do have to have a Form 1 on file with the $339 fee paid to take the Part III early.
Your school will have to manually send a Form 2 with your anticipated graduation date.
You will have to register with Castle before their deadline ($205).
If you fail the Part III the review sessions are $25 each. Reapply for the Part III directly to Castle before the review session

Once you graduate your school should electronically send another Form 2 indicated that you graduated.
When you are close to graduation register to be able to sit for the NAPLEX for $505 and the MPJE for $210. Those fees are due to NABP upfront, before you schedule the test dates.

There is an extra $100 fee and notarized form to become an immunizer.
NY is not one of the states that sends you an invoice once you pass all the boards requesting additional payment.

My tally for licensure in NY was $2034.

Bare minimum (no test prep, no retakes, no reschedules, etc.) would look like...
Form 1 $339
Part III Exam Registration $205
NAPLEX Registration $505
NY MPJE Registration $210
Notarized Immunizer AQ Form $100
Total $1,359
