Hello y'all! I'm applying to Flexmed so I can have time to start this sustainability volunteering initiative at my current school. Keep in mind I just transferred to my new uni. Any advice is appreciated, thanks! :)

High School GPA: 4.0 UW, 4.6 W
CC GPA: 4.0 UW
Uni GPA: 3.65 UW (got my first B, thanks physics)
SAT: 1240 (yikes ik but covid prevented me from retaking)
White, Latino Male transferred from CC to T5 institution
Major: Psych; Minor: Earth Systems
-All I have to take is physics and biochem at my current institution since they're the only prereqs I have left
-LORs from ochem prof, philosophy prof and a physician I did research with

Research/Lab:
-UCI Psychophysio research: 420 hours (was a lead too)
-Columbia public health research (summer intership that continued into fall semester but remote): 320 hours
-UPenn clinical research (summer internship but we’re working on presenting a new poster and hopefully getting published next summer): 234 hours
-Temporary Alzheimers disease research initiative: 36 hours

Clinical:
-volunteer at plastic surgeon clinic: 167 hours over 2 months
-some of my research crosses over here
-volunteering at a free clinic starting winter

Shadowing:
-70 hours (mix of neurosurgery DO, pediatric anesthesiology, psychiatry and pulmonology

Non clinical community service:
-CCs volunteer program Hawks Squad (77 hours)
-nonprofit to help make informational videos for premed CC students virtually (120 hours)

Leadership:
-student gov (256 hours) and went to 4 conferences
-social media co-chair for my schools premed organization

Job:
-worked as a dishwasher then prep cook in fine dining (960 hours)
-clinical research assistant (current): 12 hours

Other:
-5 poster/presentations + 3 awards from these
-multiple awards in ASG
-valedictorian finalist at my CC
-CC graduation leadership award
-co-author on published Alzheimer’s disease, ochem research

Also if anyone wants to PM me with personal advice, especially for approaching the essays, I would appreciate that as well!
