Some advice, try to knock off as many as you can before you enter medical school. It'll save you some time and trouble which you can invest elsewhere.

First year classes (take them if you can in undergrad):
Anatomy
Histology
Biochemistry
Physiology
Genetics
Neurosciences
Clinical Nutrition

Second year classes:
Microbiology
Immunology
Psychiatry
Pharmacology
Pathobiology
Pathophysiology
