The title pretty much says it. During undergrad, I was written up for underage drinking, but never was put on academic probation and always remained in good standing with the school. How bad of an incident is this? Will it impact my chances? For context, I am now a few years out of school, so this was a pretty long time ago.

If it wasn't an IA then there is no need to discuss it unless a secondary application asks (which is unlikely). You should be okay.

Figure out if this is anywhere on your school record that will be transmitted to determine if you need to disclose this. But even if you did this is so minor and so long ago that I can't imagine it will matter.

Thanks! Sorry, what is an IA?

Institutional action. Basically what I said, figure out if there's a formal record and whether you need to disclose. When in doubt it's better to disclose rather than have a school get a surprise on your background check or in your transcript, but you also shouldn't fall on your sword if you don't need to.
