There is some info in the residency review permanent post....also, I can add that Grand Rapids is also home to 800 nursing students (per word of mouth)

The reason I ask is I am from a town about 50 miles to the west and it would be nice to get a spot there and not have to move my family somewhere else. Do you know if they are IMG friendly?

Yeah, they've had quite a few in the past.
