Health insurance at major chains?

I am comparing jobs at a few chains and really need more details on health insurance deductibles, cost, and maximum yearly out of pocket expenses for plans offered at the major chains as a pharmacist. I don't want to ask this question directly during interviews as it's rather awkward, and most companies keep this information vague until they offer you a position.

Could you all share more info about where you work and the health benefits, please? I'm especially curious about Walgreens, Walmart, Target, and Costco. Thanks!
