Which school of medicine? In the US? Are you a US citizen?

If you are asking about the US armed forces, your only option is to join if and once you get into a US-based residency program after medical school.

You can only join the military as a premed or medical student if you are going to a US-based school. St. Kitts does not count. If, later on, you are accepted to an American residency program, then you can apply to join the Army, Air Force, or Navy through the financial assistance program (FAP).
