How do jobs like hospital escort, hospital clerk, unit clerk, and etc look to med school as compared to jobs like EMT, CNA, and etc???

They'll only be treated like clinical experience if you actually interact with patients, so it will depend on the job descriptions of the individual positions. EMT/CNA jumps out as "clinical." Some of these other jobs may involve patient interaction, but likely to a lesser extent. However, getting one of these jobs may be a good foot in the door to getting a more patient-oriented job at the same organization, so it would still be a good path to take.

In short, these might not be as much of a leg up as patient-specific jobs, but will nonetheless be good on your application to show that you have some life experience.
