They'll only be treated like clinical experience if you actually interact with patients, so it will depend on the job descriptions of the individual positions. EMT/CNA jumps out as "clinical." Some of these other jobs may involve patient interaction, but likely to a lesser extent. However, getting one of these jobs may be a good foot in the door to getting a more patient-oriented job at the same organization, so it would still be a good path to take.
In short, these might not be as much of a leg up as patient-specific jobs, but will nonetheless be good on your application to show that you have some life experience.
