I have effectively unsubscribed from everything that sends me emails. I got tired of having a heart attack every time my phone vibrated. I'd rip it out of my pocket just to see yet another message from Netflix or Spotify etc.

Ever since I submitted my first secondary I've been a nervous wreck.
