Working on secondaries currently. Also have a tech job where I’m in front of a computer for ~8 hours a day. Overall, I’m spending upwards of 14 hours/day in front of a screen, whether for med school apps or tech work. I end up with a dull, throbbing headache everyday. Any tips to avoid this?
I did get a standing desk at work to minimize my sedentariness. But my eyes still hurt from all the screen time.
