Our startup idea is to create software that allows medical students and doctors to take histories Star Trek style. Personally, I record my patients' histories in a sheet of paper. Why not go digital?

The computer would aid the interviewer in the process, by suggesting pertinent and important questions and by allowing easy and consistent storage of data.

Main challenge with that idea will really be whether you can make it work in an age of EMRs.
