I messed up my fresan year will now be starting my sophomore year at community college in CA

Basically my freshman year i was lazy and did not do very well these were my grades.

Fall 2013
English 1- B- it was four units
Chemistry 1- C it was five units

Spring 2014
English 2- A- it was three units
Precalculas- C it was five units
Emt class- B itwas five units

they are not good grades but i was just lazy and know i can do a lot better if i actually turn in the work.
This fall I will be taking Biology,Calculas,Computer Science, and sociology.


Do I still have a chance to get into med school? I'd like to be an ER doctor
