Idiopathic Intercranial HTN and Lithium

How much is a causative factor is Lithium in this condition? I have a client who was recently diagnosed and treated with Diamox 500mg bid. Lithium level is 0.5 on 600 mg qhs and Lithium has worked best for her. Would hate to have to change it.

Haven't seen any cases myself but a quick search on Pubmed reveals a few case reports.
