Hello all ; i am a doctor from Palestine and i would like to go to Germany to do a fellowship in internal medicine/cardiology .
The problem is i already finished 2 years of Internal medicine board in Palestine; will the experiance be counted in my fellowship training in Germany say like starting from 3rd or 2nd year?
