Internal Medicine Sub I NBME Exam 4th year, how is it different than the IM Clerkship one taken in 3rd year?

I'm not asking for specifics here, nothing that would reveal what's on the test. But what exactly is the scope of the test? There's literally no information on study guides, studying info/etc for this exam. Atm I'm taking this in 2 days, but I've been doing medicine review w/ step 2 dedicated studying, so I wonder if that's enough?
