So, the IOM released a report today about the current state of Emergency Medicine, and, specifically, the overcrowding and coverage issues. It further stated that the EMS system in our country is in a state of crisis, and incapable of managing major disasters with the current overcrowding situation. While this will come as no surprise for most of us, anybody want to comment on what this means for our future?
