Can anyone who has done a rotation or residency at J. Hopkins give me some info about the environment in terms of teaching and friendliness towards students. How easy is it to get a rotation there and get noticed by people for residency? Also, are the staff willing to recommend or write LORs? I am interested in a surgical rotation and residency.
