How was Korn? We saw them sat night and it was awesome. As big of a Korn fan as I am I was actually more pumped about HellYeah. Im a huge fan of Vinnie Paul and all things Pantera, as well as Tom Maxwell. Chad Gray is an awesome frontman as well. Hearing Alcohaulin' Ass live was by itself worth the price of admission.

We showed up right at the end of Droid's set, though we listened to them while drinking in the parking lot. Five finger death punch was pretty decent, though a touch hard for my tastes. My only regret is that there was no Thoughtless :(

Man, it was great! I was pleasantly surprised....with Silveria on hiatus I wasnt too sure how they would sound but I loved it.

Spent the weekend at the Beau Rivage with S.O....lounged around Saturday then poolside all day Sunday sipping Patron margaritas in the glorious weather we were blessed with. Didnt gamble much. Didnt think she'd enjoy sitting at a no-limit table for eight hours.

Sunday nite the show started at 7pm......didnt have interest in the opening gigs so we got there at 9pm. Korn came on 15 minutes later so we timed it perfectly. Fieldy looks like a different person....looks like he lost 50 pounds. Jonathan's vocals were spot on. Here To Stay even had my S.O. banging her head!

After the show we came out of the coliseum to a sea of cars but no cabs, so we asked this very gracious dude if we could pile into the back of his GMC duelie and hitch a ride back to the Beau. He thankfully obliged, so me, S.O., my buddy Brian and his girlfriend rode back to the casino in the back of a truck. We pull up to the fancy casino and hop out of the bed of the duelie, give the nice dude a twenty, and strolled into the Beau. One of the valets said he'd never seen that before. Hell, I'm just a redneck so didnt bother me.

Only in the south, huh?

Dude, you and I would get along great. Riding in a deulie to the swanky hotel is right up my alley. The only thing that worries me is you are generalizing things too much with the S.O. ****. It makes me wonder if you switched teams. Not that theres anything wrong with that.
