Job during Dental School

is it possible to juggle a job and a dental school schedule? I would appreciate some current students' feedback since you guys know what it's like.

There are a few students in my class that take on weekend jobs, but I wouldn't do it. It's feasible as long as grades aren't an overly high priority and you don't have a family to spend time with. But I imagine it's exhausting.

if you know any dentists, they might let you assist for the couple months between years just to pick up a few extra bucks... but i'd imagine it would be best to let the bulk of your expenses during school be taken care of by student loans rather than attempting to do the job thing. every dentist i have ever talked to says it is super easy to pay back school loans once you start practicing, and it isn't hard to get house/practice loans on top of them.
