Last minute PS Review?

I've been working on my PS since June and for some reason, it is just NOT coming together. I've got 10 ish pages of ideas, random bullet point notes on my phone, and then a few different semi-complete drafts. Got some feedback from the writing center, my spouse. Have not sent it to anyone in psychiatry. I will ask a resident I worked with to give it a quick read-over, but not expecting much since it's so last minute. Is anyone willing to look it over to make sure it is decent enough to submit? I would greatly appreciate it if so!
