Level 1 score..asking for advice

Hey everyone. I recently got my scores back and received a 483 on my COMLEX 1. I was just wondering, what specialties do I have a shot at or good chances of getting into. I've been really considering IM and would like to be on the east coast. Any recommendations as where to apply to for residencies?

I placed in the top 20% of my class, pending research publication and will have great LOR. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!
