Liposomal Bupivicaine and Sympathetic Blocks

I do occasional lumbar sympathetic blocks and started wondering if anyone has tried liposomal bupivicaine?

The anesthetic effect lasts several days in peripheral nerves. I cannot find a study wherein it has been used with sympathetic blocks. Seems like it might be useful but intravascular injection or possibly other issues may make it impractical.

Any thoughts?

the cost... i see one website that says that a vial of 20cc of the stuff is $285.
