You haven't really explained why you can't just continue in your current program.

Oh, sorry, you are right. Climate: very hot and humid. I am sick the whole year. (Never been sick in my entire life, and constantly on antibiotics or other stuff here). No one knows in my place yet. I am just testing waters.

In all seriousness, if you leave because of weather and some allergies you are insane. Finish your fellowship. Then move on with life in a more desirable climate.
