How much benefit would a big increase in my Step II score make for match?

So I'm a third year medical student setting up away rotations right now, and I would appreciate some input for which Internal Medicine Programs I am realistically going to have a shot of matching into.

Step I score: 211
Class scores: Mostly P, HP in Neuroscience/Neuro rotation; never failed a class
Letters of Recommendation: Two letters from the Head of Internal med and the Assistant dean for Student Education who were my attendings.
Publications in PNAS and Clinical Geriatrics as second authors, Developmental Neurobiology as fifth author
4 poster presentations including one at the Society for Neuroscience

I've been studying for Step 2 for most of third year and am 75% through Uworld first pass getting a 60% and using Kaplan and Step Up to Medicine to review along with Step I First Aid. I honestly suck at taking standardized tests and would appreciate any advice for studying/test taking.

I have three blocks open for aways and would appreciate any recommendations for the best programs I could get into, especially if I nail my away rotation there.

Thanks in advance!
