Maryland, Tufts, Pitts LORs

Hi all, I wanted to apply to these schools but maryland and tufts want a letter from a bio prof. Pitts wants three science prof letters.

I have 1 physics, 1 chem, 1 econ and 1 dentist letter right now.

I have e-mailed the schools but I was wondering if anyone here has had any experience with this. (Maryland's secretary seems to be away till the end of June).

i called maryland, and they clearly told me they wanted on rec from a bio prof, and one from a chem prof.

i got one from a chem and physics, but then i also have a 'committee letter,' so my rec requirements are satisfied, since it's an either/or condition.
