MD Admissions Updates

hi everyone! I am applying for the 2023-24 cycle and am curious about updating adcoms about my continued interest in their schools. Most schools I have submitted secondaries for have sent me an email saying that they are still processing my application. It is now December, and I just wanted to ask if it would be a good idea at this point to send schools an update about my continued interest in hopes of getting an interview. thanks!
