MD/DO Couples Match USMLE COMLEX requirements

My partner is a MD student and I'm a DO student; will I be required to have taken usmle along with comlex exams in order to undergo a couples match? We understand that couples matching with me being a DO may affect his "competitiveness" but I just want to know if it is at all required that I also take USMLE in order to be eligible to go through the process
