Methods of Deposit Payment

Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone could tell me what methods of deposit payment are offered for the following schools:

Upenn
Upitt
Columbia

I'm trying to figure out how much cash I need upfront vs what I can put on credit in case I get accepted to any of those in the upcoming weeks. I know some schools accept online payment and others only accept money orders/cashiers checks. Thanks!

I know UPenn said they keep their deposit at $500 because they don't like students getting screwed over if they have to choose a diff school over UPenn. Not sure what the payment method is though
