Hi there, long time lurker here. Organizing my rank list right now, and many of my options are in the Midwest. I'm an IMG, considering neuromuscular or movement, but still need a full breadth of exposure.
1) uiowa
2) Kansas
3)case
4) oklahoma
5) loyola
6) nebraska
How would you rate these Midwest programs?

I would say

I agree largely.. Although Nebraska is making a lot of changes to it's program, at the university level. Definitely on it's way up. Don't know if that will percolate down to the resident level.

Based on my experiences, Case should be at the top of the list for sure. Kansas and Iowa are probably on equal footing, but Iowa pays better, and Kansas has the best BBQ. Don't know about Nebraska and Oklahoma.

Iowa-good program..have Drs. Adams, Kimura, Shy, giants in the field, great city-hidden gem
case
Kansas
Loyola-is a dump but they have Dr. Biller
-then Nebraska/Oklahoma--low tier
